“Exploring the Human Microbiome and its Role in Psychiatric Disorders: > Integrating Genomics, Machine Learning, and Systems Biology”

October 29 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

In recent years, advances in sequencing and computational technologies have revolutionized our understanding of the human microbiome’s role in health and disease. In this talk, I will explore the complex interactions between the human microbiome and psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. I will discuss how integrative approaches combining genomics, machine learning, and systems biology can provide insights into the gut-brain axis and its implications for mental health.
